7.I found some error messages during the email's retrieving process. The error message says "Cannot create file. The file name or extension is too long". What should I do?
There is a known problem under Windows XP that the file name (including path name) and file extension cannot be more than 256 characters. So if DBXTriever tries to write the eml file with a file name which is over 256 characters, the Windows system won't allow that file to be created. If you met this problem, please go to the target folder and clean all generated eml files. After that, in DBXTriever, please go to File->Preferences and choose the file naming conversion as "Sequence". Then the new eml files will be named as 0.eml, 1.eml, 2.eml, ... and this will decrease the file name a lot. After that, redo the retrieving process and you should be able to extract all emails without any problem.
